The Crystal Harp Practice Guide
A free guide to one of the most beautiful discoveries in modern sound healing. How crystal harp is used in real sessions, alone and alongside other sound healing instruments.
Made by practitioners, for practitioners
We are Sever and Natalia, founders of Sacred Forest. We make crystal harps in our workshop in Poland and we have been working with sound for over a decade. The crystal harp changed how we work with sound, and this guide shares how it can deepen yours.
Short, beautifully made, with stories from real practitioners. Read it in 15 minutes.
What is inside
Six concrete use cases where the crystal harp shines. Some practitioners build entire sessions on a single crystal harp, where its long sustain and tonal range carry the whole arc. Others compose it beautifully with bowls, gongs, and chimes for richer textures. The guide shows both paths and helps you find yours.

"The crystal harp gives you something singular. Long sustained tones that carry intention through an entire room. Some practitioners build their whole practice around it. Others compose it beautifully with bowls and gongs. Either way, it becomes the sound people remember from a session."

A few questions you might have
Is this really free?
Yes. The guide is yours, simply because we believe sound healers deserve clear, practical resources. We share what we have learned because we want the practice to grow.
Who is this for?
Sound healers, yoga teachers, meditation practitioners, wellness professionals, and anyone curious about adding crystal harp to their work or personal practice. The guide is rich whether you are exploring or already certain.
What other letters will I receive?
Over the following two weeks we share a short journey of letters. The harp's story, the science of 432 Hz, voices from the practitioners who play with us, and an invitation to a 30-minute call with Sever if you want to hear the instruments live. After that, our gentle monthly newsletter brings new music, model launches, and stories from the workshop.
Why are you sharing this?
Most practitioners spend two to six weeks discovering whether the crystal harp belongs in their practice. A guide makes that exploration richer and more informed. Honest discovery serves everyone.
What is a crystal harp?
A crystal harp is a sound healing instrument made from hand-cut quartz crystal tubes, tuned to 432 Hz. Each tube produces a long sustained tone (30 to 60 seconds) when struck. Sacred Forest offers eight scales ranging from pentatonic (Lotus, six tubes) to two-octave diatonic (Planetary C, fifteen tubes), priced from 1,200 to 2,420 EUR.
